- Commercial information — the project you asked about
- Internet activity — how you interacted with our form
- Geolocation — city and state, from your address
2. Why we collect it
To match you with carriers who can quote your coverage, and to keep records showing you agreed to be contacted.
3. Who we share it with
Insurance carriers and the agents they work with. Under California law, sharing your information with them in exchange for payment may count as a sale — even though we only do it to fulfill your request.
4. Your rights
- Know — what we collected about you and who we shared it with
- Delete — ask us to erase your information
- Correct — ask us to fix information that is wrong
- Opt out — tell us not to sell or share your information
- No retaliation — we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights
5. Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Email support@capitalquoteaccess.com with the subject Do Not Sell My Info. Include the name, email, and phone number you used, so we can find your record.
We process opt-out requests within 15 business days. Carriers who already received your information keep their own records — contact them directly.
6. Making a request
Email support@capitalquoteaccess.com with what you want us to do. We verify your identity by matching the details against our records, then respond within 45 days.
An authorized agent may act for you with written permission.
