1. What we do
We are a matching service. We collect your project details and pass them to carrier networks who connect you with carriers in your area.
We are not a carrier. We do not perform work, provide estimates, or supervise any project. Every contract is between you and the carrier you choose.
2. What we do not guarantee
- That you will be matched with a carrier
- The price, quality, or timing of any work
- The licensing, insurance, or qualifications of any carrier
- That quotes will be accurate or honored
Check credentials, references, and insurance yourself before hiring anyone. Get everything in writing.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about yourself and your project
- Only submit requests for property you own or are authorized to act for
- Be at least 18 years old
- Do not use the site to submit false or automated requests
4. Being contacted
Submitting a request means carriers may call, text, and email you — including through automated systems. See our TCPA disclosure for how to opt out.
5. Limitation of liability
We provide this service as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from any carrier's work, or from any dispute between you and a carrier.
Disputes about work, payment, or damage are between you and the carrier.
6. Intellectual property
The content and design of this site belong to Capital Quote Access. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
