This policy explains what information we collect when you request quotes, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect the details you enter on the form:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Property address, city, state, and ZIP code
- Project details — the type of work, its scope, and whether you own the home
- Date of birth and gender, if you choose to provide them
We also record technical details automatically:
- IP address and browser information
- The page you submitted the form from
- A consent certificate that records your interaction with the form
- Referral information when you arrive through a marketing partner
2. How we use your information
We use your information for one purpose: matching you with carriers who can quote your coverage. That means sharing it with carrier networks and the carriers they work with, so they can contact you about your request.
We also use it to prevent fraud and abuse, to meet legal obligations, and to improve how our service works.
3. Who we share it with
We share your information with insurance carriers and their agents. These companies contact you directly and handle your information under their own privacy policies.
We also share limited information with service providers who host our site, verify consent records, and prevent fraud — only what they need to do that work.

4. Consent to be contacted
By submitting a request you agree to be contacted by us and our insurance partners by phone, text, and email — including through automated systems. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our TCPA disclosure for details on how to opt out.
5. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. Consent records are kept longer because we may need to show that you agreed to be contacted.
6. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices

- Ask us to delete your information
- Ask us to stop contacting you
Email support@capitalquoteaccess.com and we will respond within 30 days. Carriers who already received your request keep their own records — contact them directly to be removed from their lists.
8. Children
Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
