Capital Quote Access is operated by Express Fintech LLC. This page explains what you agree to when you submit a quote request, and how to withdraw that agreement at any time.
1. What you agree to
When you check the consent box and submit the form, you give Capital Quote Access and its insurance and marketing partners your express written consent to contact you at the phone number and email you provided.
That includes contact by:
- Phone call, including automated dialing systems
- Prerecorded and artificial voice messages
- Text message (SMS and MMS)
2. Consent is not required to buy anything
You do not have to agree in order to get quotes or hire a carrier. You can always contact carriers directly instead.
3. Do Not Call lists
Your consent applies even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. That is because you asked us to contact you.
4. Message and data rates
Your carrier may charge for calls and messages. Message frequency depends on your request and on how many carriers respond.
5. How to stop contact
- Text messages — reply STOP to any message
- Email — click the unsubscribe link at the bottom
- Phone calls — tell the caller to remove you from their list
- Everything from us — email support@capitalquoteaccess.com
Carriers who already received your request keep their own lists. Withdrawing consent with us does not automatically remove you from theirs — contact them directly.
6. Consent records
We record the moment you agree: the date and time, the page you were on, and the exact wording you accepted. We keep these records to show that consent was given.
